Guinness Party of Canada
It was a pleasure to run into you again today at the Ivy Arms. Here is a copy of the email that I sent to Jeff Harper, of Diageo Concepts, at the beginning of June, 2003. Since then, I have created a small web site of the original planned route. Later, I hope to add pictures of all the Pubs we dropped by, as Jamie took a picture of each one.

As Jamie mentioned, we have since been back to several of the places we quickly visited. Without the prodding this passport provided, we would not have spent any time in The Whale and Ale in Kitchener, the Shakespeare Arms in Guelph, the Niblick in Oakville, or the Whistling Walrus in Hamilton.

Finally, the four of us reconvened at a cottage for a weekend in September and you should know that more Guinness was consumed than any other beer. Prior to the Guinness Great Pubs of Ontario passport event, only two of the four of us were Guinness consumers, but now two more have joined the ranks!

Cheers, mate,
